Kai Hansen: “Charlotte. Nice city. Shame half this roster still thinks volume equals talent.”

Opening Segment
Chris Champion walks out to the announce desk.

He praises Kai Hansen as the only announcer he has seen who is “unbiased and fair.” Champion says Hansen tells the truth even when the fans don’t want to hear it. He asks Hansen to stay on the microphone indefinitely.
Hansen smirks and accepts.
Kai Hansen: “Finally, somebody in charge with taste. Don’t worry, Joe. I’ll keep being fair. Especially to the idiots.”

Interview 1 – Cathy Kelley with Ethan Page
Ethan Page continues the “Shorty G” attacks and says All Star Spectacular is where Chad Gable, Paul Heyman, and “Mr. YouTube Paul” all get humbled.

Je’Von looks explosive and wins cleanly with a high-impact sequence.

Kai Hansen: “Evans can actually go. That’s more than I can say for half the fools we parade out here.”

Interview 2 – Tony Schiavone with The Skyscrapers & Maxine Dupri
Maxine says the New Day’s title reign is on borrowed time. Baron Corbin and Donovan Dijak say they want the PWA Tag Team Championships at All Star Spectacular.

Brandon Myers and Chris Champion come out.

Champion announces two more matches for the 40th Annual All Star Spectacular:
1. PWA Tag Team Championship
The New Day (c) vs The Skyscrapers (Baron Corbin & Donovan Dijak)
(with Michael Tarver vs Maxine Dupri in the background)

2. Jay White vs Ilja Dragunov
Myers says the card is nearly complete.

Joe Tessitore: “Two more major matches added for All Star Spectacular!”
Kai Hansen: “White and and my man Dragunov might actually be worth the ticket price. The rest of you idiots, try not to embarrass yourselves in Minneapolis.”
